Daylight Saving (EDT) starts 1st Sunday of October at 0200, clocks go forward 1 hour and ends 1st Sunday in April at 0300, clocks go back 1 hour.

 

News services operate on normal schedules throughout the year.

 

National News Pre-feeds operate on a weekend format on National Public Holidays and on Christmas Eve. 

 

National Rural News does not air on National Public Holidays. The service takes a recess during the two-week Christmas period.
